#3: Michigan Bluff to Swinging Bridge and Back (18 Miles)
Wanna check out the WS Trail without having to pay to do it? Join us on March 29th, April 26th, May 10th, May 31st, and June 14th for long runs from different starting points along the Western States Trail.

Pre-run GU Rocktane hydration will be provided. You must bring your own bottles, nutrition, and trail map (phone or physical). It's a good idea to bring sunscreen, bug spray, and a water filter but not mandatory. Group will stop and wait at major spots. You must be in good enough shape to run 16-20 miles without issue, there is no hand-holding, or aid stations in the canyons!
